We offer weekly home delivery and collection of nappies to the following postcodes:
EC1, EC2, N1, N4, N5, N7, N16, NW1, NW3, NW5, NW8, SW1, WC1, WC2, W1, W2, W6, W9.
If your home is very close to one of these we might be able to include your street, so please ask.

When you sign up with the nappy laundry service we will deliver:
- Enough clean nappies to last a week, pre-washed for maximum absorbency
- Bio-degradable nappy liners
- Shaped, waterproof nappy covers to fit your baby
- A nappy bin for storing soiled nappies
We demonstrate how to use the nappy so it will not leak, but you may not need
any help

We will agree a safe place where you can leave your soiled nappies and we can leave your clean supply.
Once a week Nappy ever after will pick up the dirty nappies – you don't have to be home – and we will leave enough clean laundered cotton nappies to last you the week.
The laundry will ensure the nappies are washed to government standards (see below).

Cost
The service costs £12.00 per week for the hire, delivery, collection and laundering of the nappies. You can buy the nappy covers and bio-degradable nappy liners from us. We also sell reusable swim nappies and nappy bags for days out and nursery use. See Shop.
Although we are happy to accept payment by cheque, the easiest way to pay is by standing order through your bank. When paying by standing order we suggest you specify a monthly amount equal to four weeks' collections. Over a year this will mean that you pay for 48 weeks, but the amount needn't be especially accurate as you might go away for a few weeks. (There's no collection charge if you tell us you'll be away.) You might also need to buy liners and wraps during the year, so occasional small cheques to balance your account might need to be written anyway.
Laundry Hygiene Standards
All nappies are laundered by County Linen who work in close partnership with the Industrial Laundry division of Christeyns (UK).
Hygiene claims are validated through accurate temperature measurement, certified by external audit. Thermal disinfection occurs via a 3 minute wash at 72°C (exceeding current UK guidelines).
Peracetic Acid (PAA) is used to aid with bleaching and chemical disinfection. PAA is used in the food and beverage industry as a hard surface sanitiser and is preferred to hypochlorite bleach for environmental reasons - it doesn't scavenge oxygen from the water supply in the same way as chlorine bleach.
In laundering a three product system is used: soap (to suspend soiling), alkali (to swell fibres allowing for soil removal) and emulsifier (to remove oily stains). This gives a greater degree of control over dosing than conventional washing systems which use a blended version of the three products. Exact product dosing is ensured by using automated flowmeter control.
To guard against nappy rash, the final rinse pH is carefully monitored.
