Membership: an extra benefit

Nappy ever after is a not-for-profit company because we believe that by not taking profits out of the company we can offer the best possible service to our customers.

Nappy ever after is also a membership organisation. What this means is that customers can become members and take an active role in how the company is run.

These are the aims and objectives of the company:

A Company Limited by Guarantee and Not Having a Share Capital

1. The name of the company (hereinafter called "the Company") is
   NAPPY EVER AFTER.
2. The Registered Office of the Company is to be situated in England and Wales.
3. The Objects for which the Company is established are:-
   1. To run an economically sustainable not-for-profit business.
   2. To raise awareness among health professionals, childcare providers and the general public of reusable nappies as a practical, convenient and environmentally friendly alternative to disposable nappies.
   3. To provide the means for parents to use cotton nappies by support in home washing and providing a home delivery laundry service.
   4. To carry out our business with the minimum environmental impacts.
   5. To make our services available to all who wish to access them, in particular marketing to disadvantaged and socially excluded communities.
   6. To provide opportunities for training and employment which are compatible with family and childcare commitments.
   7. To raise awareness among the public of other waste minimisation, composting and recycling opportunities and support other bodies and organisations in these endeavours.
