Laundry Hygiene Standards

All nappies are laundered by a London Borough of Tower Hamlets-operated laundry which
is managed by the Environmental Health Department.

Hygiene claims are validated through accurate temperature measurement. Thermal disinfection
occurs via a 3 minute wash at 72°C (exceeding current UK guidelines).

The laundry complies with NHS national guidelines and uses non-biological powder.
